Reproductive recovery for what your body has carried, wishes to carry, or is grieving not being able to carry.

We support people and couples whose experiences around pregnancy, caregiver planning, fertility, loss, birth, or reproductive care are overwhelming the mind. You can come in with grief, fear, anger, numbness, or questions that do not yet have words.

What people bring us.

Some people arrive after loss, traumatic medical experiences, or moments when they felt powerless in reproductive care. Others are trying to make sense of the way their body, relationships, or hopes about becoming a parent changed after an experience that did not go the way they expected. Shame, grief, anger, and silence can all show up together. Many people simply want a place to speak about something that has been hard to carry alone.

- I still feel shaken when I think about it.

- I did not expect to grieve this so much.

- I do not know how to talk about what happened.

- My body brings it back even when I try to move on.

We hold room for the whole spectrum reproductive experiences, including those that are in the future, those that were painful, and those that feel complicated or unfinished.

How we work with it.

We work with the emotional impact of reproductive experiences and the ways they can show up in daily life, relationships, and body awareness. For one person the work may center on grief or trauma; for a couple or family, it may include different responses to the same event and the strain that follows.

We keep the focus on what matters to you rather than assuming one story fits all.

Questions people ask.

Q. Do I have to talk about fertility or pregnancy details right away?

No. We begin with what feels possible and leave room for you to decide what to share. You do not need to organize the whole story first.

Q. Can you help if I feel grief and anger at the same time?

Yes. Those feelings often live side by side in this kind of work. We make room for the mix rather than asking you to pick one.

Q. Does the whole spectrum of reproductive experiences you help people with include abortion?

Yes. We want people to feel they have space to process all facets of their experiences without shame.

Q. Can you help partners/couples navigate planning, processing the aftermath, or understanding differences in desire for family?

Yes. We help couples with the range of emotions that can come with reproductive wellbeing, including navigating being LGBTQ+, multicultural, and the aftermath of a traumatic experience.
