Kink and body affirming therapy to explore intimacy without shame.

We work with people who want to talk about desire, intimacy, body experience, or shame without being judged or flattened. You can bring questions about relationships, identity, boundaries, or how you experience your body.

What people bring us.

Some people come in with shame that makes it hard to speak openly about sex, desire, or what they want. Others are navigating relationship conversations, boundaries, or the tension between private life and the way they think they are supposed to be. Sometimes body discomfort or judgment from others makes closeness difficult. For many, the relief is simply being able to talk plainly.

- I feel embarrassed talking about what I want with my partners.

- I keep judging myself for things that matter to me.

- I want to talk about my body without being shamed.

- I need help sorting out boundaries with a partner.

We do not pathologize what needs context and respect.

How we work with it.

We stay attentive to judgment, consent, and the meanings people attach to their bodies and relationships. For some people the work is mostly individual, around shame or self-understanding; for couples, it may include communication, boundaries, and the ways desire or body image affects closeness.

We make space for language that fits your life rather than forcing a standard script.

Questions people ask.

Q. Will I be judged for what I want to talk about?

No. The point is to have a place where you can speak honestly without being shamed. We keep the focus on your experience and your comfort talking about it.

Q. Can I talk about sex and body image here?

Yes. Those concerns often belong in the same conversation when they are affecting how you feel and how you relate to others.

Q. Do you work with couples around intimacy?

Yes. Couples may come in with questions about desire, communication, boundaries, or feeling close again in ways that fit them.
