Anxiety therapy for minds that never quiet.

We work with people who feel caught in worry, tension, or a constant sense that something needs attention. You can bring the situations, thoughts, or body feelings that keep pulling you off center.

What people bring us.

Some people feel stuck in a loop of what-ifs, second-guessing, or scanning for what could go wrong. Others notice it in their body first, like tension, restlessness, or trouble settling at night. It can make work, relationships, and basic decisions feel harder than they should. Many people are also tired of appearing fine while feeling anything but fine inside.

- My mind does not shut off.

- I keep replaying every conversation.

- I feel tense even when nothing is happening.

- I cannot relax enough to think straight.

We listen for what your worry is trying to keep from happening.

How we work with it.

We look at the worries, body sensations, and habits that grow around anxiety, and how they affect daily life. For one person that may mean understanding overthinking and avoidance; for a couple or family, it may mean noticing how worry spreads through communication and decision-making.

We keep the focus on the way anxiety moves through your real life, not on forcing it into a simple label.

Questions people ask.

Q. Is anxiety therapy just for panic or constant worry?

No. People come in with many kinds of worry, tension, and overthinking, including things that may be happening sociopolitically. If it is getting in the way of your life, that is enough to start a conversation.

Q. What if anxiety shows up mostly in my body?

That belongs in the work too. We pay attention to how your body is carrying stress and what situations seem to stir it up.

Q. Can anxiety affect my relationships too?

Yes. It often changes how people communicate, make decisions, and stay connected to others. If working with your partner or family member would help your therapeutic progress, we offer couples and family therapy for exactly that reason.
